Make your jewellery yours with an initial, a date or words that matter.

Choose your finish

On eligible products, select Original for no engraving or Make it yours for personalisation. Any additional price is shown with the option.

Enter your details

Follow the instructions and character limit on the product page. Spaces and punctuation may count towards the limit. For initial designs, complete each initial field in the order you want it to appear.

Check before ordering

Check spelling, capital letters, punctuation and dates carefully. We use the details you submit. If something needs changing, Contact Us immediately; changes may not be possible once personalisation begins.

How engraving looks

Engraving is sized to suit the available surface. Its tone and appearance can vary with the material, finish and lighting. Product photographs illustrate the design; personalised details will reflect your chosen text.

Handwriting and fingerprints

These services are available only on products that specifically offer them. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your image or handwriting will fit.

Gifting and returns

Allow time for preparation when ordering for an occasion. Personalised goods cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind, but your rights for faulty or incorrect items remain. See our Returns & Exchanges page.
