We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Preparing your order

Non-engraved jewellery is normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Engraved jewellery is normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Any longer lead time shown on an individual product page applies to that item. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Need your jewellery urgently or for a particular date? Please email hello@orvenajewellery.com before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

Delivery options and prices

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £1.99.
Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on orders of £30 or more after discounts, excluding delivery charges.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed: £7.99. This upgrade is charged even when your order qualifies for free standard delivery.

Delivery time starts after dispatch and is additional to the preparation time above. Choosing Special Delivery does not shorten engraving or preparation time. Next-working-day delivery after dispatch is subject to Royal Mail’s service conditions, delivery-area exceptions and bank holidays. Saturday delivery is not promised. Tracked 48 is not a guaranteed 48-hour service.
